So, I just tried ordering from Major Lens for the first time, and I gotta say, it wasn't great. The whole process was confusing, the website layout was a mess, and the instructions were not clear at all. I spent way too much time just trying to figure out how to place my order, and honestly, it got me thinking if it was even worth it. The service was meh, with slow response times and customer support that wasn't too helpful. The prices were okay, but definitely not the most affordable, especially with the not-so-great experience. And oh man, the delivery was a nightmare. It took forever for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the packaging was all beat up and the lenses were almost expired. Overall, super disappointing.
