Order delay disappointment
I recently bought something from this company and at first, everything seemed good. But then I got an email saying that the thing I wanted was in stock, only to find out a week later that it was actually on backorder until the end of the month. I felt frustrated and tricked by this bait and switch move. I not only got misled about the product being available, but I also got charged right away even though they didn't have it in stock. This kind of shady business is not okay and makes the company look bad. I'm for sure going to tell others about this bad experience and think about reporting them to the right people.
