12-packs of flags
I was actually looking to order 4 flags to spruce up my event tent, but ended up receiving 4 12-packs of flags instead. The website should have indicated more clearly how many flags were included in each order. Even though it was a bit confusing, I figured I could still use the extra flags as freebies at my upcoming public event. And the 10% discount on future orders was a nice touch!
