My experience with the customer service at this company was really disappointing. I bought a new chair that was faulty and wouldn't adjust in height. I tried reaching out to them through three emails and a Facebook message over three weeks but got no response. Even though they had a warranty, they didn't help me with the defective product. It was frustrating to see the warranty was useless if they didn't care about responding to customer problems.
