Sleep training program
The sleep training program we got was a lifesaver in helping us figure out how to deal with the challenges of sleep training our baby. It gave us clear instructions for different situations and how to handle them like a pro. It also addressed the emotional side of sleep training, getting us ready for the tough moments. Thanks to the program, our baby who breastfeeds can now doze off on their own and sleeps through the night with the recommended dream feedings. While nap time can still be a bit of a struggle sometimes, we've definitely seen big improvements when we stick to the program consistently. All in all, our baby is happier and better rested, all thanks to Sleep 101.
