Bathing suit, tracking, in transit, email communication
I bought a bathing suit not long ago and was so excited for it to come in the mail. But it took a while, and when I checked the shipping info, all it said was "in transit" with no real updates. I was worried about it not moving, so I emailed the company to ask what was going on. Despite going back and forth through emails, I didn't get any helpful answers that actually addressed my worries. It was frustrating and disappointing, like they were just using automated responses or didn't care to help me. So, I've decided not to support that brand anymore and would suggest others look elsewhere.
