Misleading sizing info
I bought a jacket from this company and the sizing was way off. I ordered a small but got an extra small marked as a small. When I contacted customer service, they agreed and sent a replacement at no cost. But the replacement was also an extra small labeled as a small. It was frustrating and made me doubt their sizing info. Even with proof, they said the arm lengths were right but sometimes the torsos were too short. This conflicting info made it hard to trust their size guide and left me with jackets that didn't fit. I asked for a medium but their customer service attitude changed and I was stuck with no choices and a lot of money wasted. I'd suggest not buying from this company unless you can try it on first to make sure you get the right size.
