I bought some fancy custom edge hearing aids from this company, and I was so let down by how bad they were. The sound quality was just okay, and the noise reduction feature didn't do what it promised. Even though I did everything right according to the instructions, I still had problems with how the hearing aids worked. To be honest, I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company after my own not-so-great experience.

I was super pumped to pick up this thing from the store, but they kept me waiting forever and it never showed up! I even requested a replacement, but that didn't happen either. Ugh, don't waste your time going there!
