Subscription cancellation and refund request
I had a problem with canceling a subscription and getting a refund. Even though I had talked to someone else before, I still got charged. But when I contacted customer service through live chat, Alex was super quick, efficient, and helpful. He listened to me, sorted out my refund right away, and made sure everything was good to go. I really appreciate how well he handled my request and how fast he was.
