I was pretty upset when I found out I got charged an extra $20 for 2nd-day delivery, but ended up getting my order on the 3rd day. The tracking even said it would take 2 more days to arrive! The false info made me mad, and the unclear delivery process just made the whole thing even worse. I think I'll be switching to a different supplier next time, since I don't want to waste my money on a service that doesn't meet my standards.
