I was having some trouble getting my new cpap machine to connect with my SoClean, and I gotta say, I was starting to get pretty frustrated. But then I gave customer service a shout and got talking to Kristen, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was so patient, knew her stuff, and walked me through everything without a hitch. I would've been lost without her help, and I'm really thankful for all she did.
