    LONG EXPLANATION but important. I have spent thousands at online Gap and Old Navy/ CANADA. On July 26 I received confirmation of my t-shirt order for 43$ On the 27th I wanted to re-order the same shirt as it was listed at 8.48. I called customer service and after 15 minutes, the agent said there was nothing he could do as the 8.48 did not show up on his system. Ok, no problem. On the 28th I went to re-order again and it still showed the 8.48 cost! I called customer service agent and after sending him a screen shot, ( clearly showing the CA site and my CA shopping bag) said there was nothing he could do. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, Veronica, said she would forward the info to tech as the 8.48 was not showing up on their end. I assume she could make discretionary decisions, despite the photo, this mega co. would not refund me 31.47 for their error! After 33 min of trying Veronica finally said I would get the refund and as a token they would give me 20% off my next purchase. I told her to keep the 'courtesy coupon' and I was posting this review and never shopping with the Gap again. For 33 min, I remained professional and polite. I told Veronica I couldn't beleive they would lose my business/get bad reviews for their 31.47 error,not mine. I insisted that a report of the incident be forwarded along with commendations for the 2 wonderful agents I spoke to initially and obviously, just following instructions.
