Unwanted subscription
I signed up for this product's subscription, but I can't use it because of my health. I've tried many times to cancel, but the company isn't working with me. They've charged me a lot of money lately, and it's been tough financially. I've called and emailed them, but haven't gotten any help in canceling. I still have a bunch of unused packs, and dealing with back pain. I really need them to cancel my subscription quickly.
