Three weeks after I bought my first pair of shoes, I noticed a seam was coming apart. So, I took some pics and sent them to customer service. I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me quickly and ordered a new pair of shoes for me. The people I talked to were so helpful and really wanted to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated how fast and professional they were.
