The wireless earbuds I bought from you were awesome for a while, but then one of them just crapped out on me out of nowhere. I tried getting in touch with your customer service, but it was such a pain to hear back and finally get a replacement. I mean, the earbuds were great at first, but the customer service situation was just really disappointing.
