I bought some pillows from the company because I really liked the hotel pillows and found a product code. But even before the pillows arrived, I started getting tons of marketing emails telling me to buy more stuff before it ran out. It seemed like the prices were really high and the sales made it seem urgent to buy, but the products were always in stock. I just want to let other customers know not to fall for that and take your time when deciding to buy something.

The customer service team knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed for my project. The prices were fair for such high-quality products. Plus, my order arrived quickly and everything was in perfect shape. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping experience at Galco.

So I got in touch with customer service and they were really quick to respond! They swapped it out for a new one and now everything is fine.

Sorry, eh, but I had a pretty rough time with my last order from your store, ya know? I ordered some socks, but when the package from Fed Ex came, it was empty! I called customer service and they said it was probably stolen by a porch pirate, which doesn't really make sense. Why would a thief just take three socks and leave the package, right? I'm real disappointed with how the company handled this whole situation, not very good customer service at all.
