I'm so annoyed with Wayfair's delivery service. They kept telling me my order would arrive, but it never did. Every time I reached out to customer service, all I got were useless apologies and excuses about the item still being on the truck. It felt like they were just giving me empty promises. I really don't think my order even left the warehouse. Save yourself the stress and disappointment by shopping somewhere else for your home decor stuff.
