I ordered a bunch of baskets from iGourmet for Christmas, but I had a pretty bad experience. Even though I placed my order on December 3rd and paid in full, only one of the baskets showed up on time. I tried to contact customer service a few times to make sure everything was good, especially because I had a problem last year. They kept telling me everything was fine, but then I got an email on the 26th saying the rest of the baskets would be coming on the 27th or 28th with no explanation or apology. I was really disappointed and frustrated with how the company handled things.
