Bracelet replacement
I got a really nice bracelet as a Christmas present, but the chain broke not long after. I contacted customer service at Wolf & Badger, and I have to say, I was super impressed with how they handled everything. The communication was clear and quick right from the beginning. Emily, the person I spoke with, replied to my emails right away and made sure to answer all my questions. She really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better solution to the problem I had.
