My trail running shoes' side mesh got all torn up in the heather after just a couple of months of wearing them. I decided to contact customer service to see if they could fix them, but they told me they don't do repairs and suggested I return the shoes to the store. I was pretty bummed out because I was hoping to make my shoes last longer and not add to the garbage pile.
