I bought a gaming chair from this company, and I've been having a lot of problems with their warranty team and customer support. They advertise live support on their website, but it's really hard to actually talk to a real person. The robot chat just keeps saying they're not available. They keep promising me my issue will be fixed and my chair will be sent out next week, but it never happens. It's been 6 months of going back and forth, and it's starting to seem like this company is just trying to scam people.
