I ordered a custom phone case from this company and my experience was not great. I waited two weeks without any updates and only got an invalid USPS tracking number. I felt like something was off so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and explained that my order was finished but had trouble being shipped due to a problem with USPS. I asked for a refund but I'm not sure when I'll get it. I'm disappointed with how everything was handled and the lack of communication.
