I've been a loyal customer for years and overall I'm pretty satisfied with their products, eh. But I gotta admit, PDF Pro takes a bit too long to start up, which can be a tad frustrating, you know? I think it might be because my Security Suite is always checking it out. And those constant pop-ups trying to get me to buy more stuff can be a real pain, eh. On the bright side, though, their customer and technical support are actually pretty decent, eh.
