Review about: P.volve
Fitness, workout, functional movement
So, like, I gave that workout thing a shot and it was pretty cool. The exercises were new to me, but I felt like it was really targeting my muscles in a good way. It wasn't super intense, but I definitely felt the burn. I enjoyed how they emphasized movement and balance, it made me more mindful of my body. And the instructors were really friendly and offered helpful tips to better my form. All in all, I think it's a fun and effective way to work out!
