I always feel great when I'm out and about, especially when I have my phone with me and I'm connected to the data. The folks working there are always so friendly and willing to lend a hand if I ever need it. Having this safety device really makes me feel more independent as a child. I like the test feature too because it shows me that the service is fast to react.
