The ordering process was pretty straightforward, but the website's link and user experience could've been improved. Despite that, I was pretty impressed with how quickly my new phone arrived. The service was excellent, with friendly staff helping me choose from all the different options. The pricing seemed fair, and I definitely felt like I got a good deal. Overall, I was happy with my experience at Madai.
