I just bought a smart exercise bike from this company, and my experience was okay. Ordering was easy, and I found what I was looking for without any trouble. However, I thought the prices were a bit steep compared to other options out there. The customer service was good, they answered my questions quickly, but I wish they were more upfront about certain things. The delivery took longer than expected, which was frustrating.
