I was so let down by my experience on this online dating site. The people there aren't honest and don't follow the rules. When I asked for help, the customer service team was so rude and unhelpful. Luckily, the Better Business Bureau stepped in and got my money back and got my profile gone. They only cared about stopping gossip, not fixing the real problems. If this happens to you, I suggest contacting the BBB right away and asking for your money back, instead of waiting for a check.
