I just bought a travel set with my initials from this store, and I gotta say, I was really happy with how nice the product was. The pieces were really well-made and looked so good. But then, my happiness was kinda ruined when I saw a big bump in the corner of my luggage when it arrived. Even though I was a bit disappointed, I decided to contact customer service to ask for help.
