I ordered a custom jersey as a gift and I was really looking forward to getting it. But after waiting for a whole month with no updates, I was starting to lose hope. I couldn't get ahold of anyone by phone or email, which was really frustrating. Finally, I managed to speak to someone from customer service, Nayeli, who was super honest about what was going with my order and what would happen next. I also want to give a shoutout to David F. for responding to my original review in a considerate, brief, and informative way. The customer service team really stepped up by leaving a message saying sorry for the delay and making sure my order was still coming. All in all, I'm grateful for the great customer service in the end. Thank you!
