Restful Sleep Capsules
This product has totally changed my sleep game. I bought it specifically for better sleep and it absolutely delivered. Since I started taking it, my dreams have been next level and I wake up feeling more refreshed than ever. I usually only get 3 or 4 sleep cycles in, but now I feel amazing in the morning and rarely hit snooze. I used to feel awful after snoozing multiple times, but not anymore. It's really made a difference in my mornings and I'm so thankful for the better sleep.
I'm a 225 lb guy, and I've found that taking 3 capsules instead of 2 works way better for me. When I first tried just 2 capsules, I didn't notice much change.
