My experience dealin' with this company was super disappointing, eh. I tried to ask about shipping costs on their online chat, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. So, I gave them a call for some assistance and got the same unhelpfulness. Even after meetin' their minimum order amount, they still wouldn't give me a quote for shippin' and just ended the call outta nowhere. The need to sign up before gettin' a shippin' estimate was frustratin' and felt unnecessary, eh. It's clear that the folks workin' at this company ain't got the basic skills and professionalism needed for good customer service.
