Disappointing purchase
My experience with that online store was a total letdown. I bought a fancy dress not long ago, but when I got it, it didn't look as good as it did online. I asked to return it right away, got the okay and a return label. I sent the dress back the next day, but I still haven't seen my money back. I've sent so many emails asking about my refund, but no one has answered. It's just not right - they need to communicate better and give me my money back. This is not how you treat your customers.
