Mystery box disappointment
I bought a couple mystery boxes from this company, hoping to get a mix of stuff to test out. Turns out, both boxes had the exact same things inside, which really let me down. I reached out to customer service to talk about it, but it didn't go well. The person I talked to wasn't helpful at all and didn't offer any fixes or make up for the double items. All in all, I was pretty upset and let down by the whole shopping ordeal.
