I just bought some clothes online, and I had to pay for shipping and returns. It's a bummer because lots of other sites give free shipping for bigger orders, but not this one. When I shop online, I like it to be easy and not cost too much, so paying for shipping and returns was a letdown. I probably won't shop on this site again.
