I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now because the thing I ordered is out of stock. Instead of just giving me my money back, the customer service team just keeps sending me the same old emails telling me to buy something else. I just want my refund, but it feels like it's never gonna happen. This whole situation is really annoying and disappointing. I recommend staying away from this website to avoid going through the same thing.

Alex and his team at this company did a great job at looking over my bills and finding ways to save me money on my cell phone and home insurance. I will definitely be reaching out to them again next time I need help.
