The only hiccup I had was trying to find the right size for the racquet I wanted because there weren't many options available. The customer service team was helpful when I asked for help, but it would have been nice to have more size guides on the site. The price of the racquet was fair compared to other brands, and it seems to be good quality. The delivery was quick and the package was well protected. Overall, I'd say it was a decent experience with Furi Sports.
