I ordered two adorable dog coats but only received one in the end! Seriously, like what? It's so frustrating. The website is a disaster and they didn't even mention that I couldn't get both coats in one shipment. Not knowing these things in advance is so annoying. And don't get me started on the add ons - no mention of any limits. The customer service is just terrible. They don't even care that I'm upset! I tried to cancel my subscription but nope, no luck. So make sure you really want this before you commit!
