I phoned to cancel my subscription but they kept trying to get me to just pause it. The person on the line even warned me about extra charges and abruptly ended the call when I said no. It was really rude and not a nice time. Plus, they ask for lots of reviews on TrustPilot but don't seem as concerned about making sure customers are happy.
