As someone who used to be a customer, I keep getting charged even though I have cancelled my account several times. The website doesn't make it simple to get rid of payment methods or check the ones that are already there. It's really disappointing to see how this service, which used to be awesome, has now become a place that seems shady. Trying to cancel is a headache because it leads you through a bunch of steps only to bring you back to the beginning, like there's no escape.
