Online shopping with this company was pretty straightforward. I bought four dresses and they came in two different boxes. One box showed up quickly, but the other one took about a week longer. The dresses were really nice, but I had to send one back because it was too big (my size wasn't in stock) and the lace on another dress wasn't as comfy as I thought it would be. The return process could have been easier - I had to get a ticket number, print a return label, and then arrange for Yodel to come pick it up. Now I'm just waiting for my refund after they get the items back and check them over.
