B. Zboncak

So I ordered 4 kilos of chestnuts from the U.S., but when the package arrived, there were only 2 kilos inside! And to make matters worse, the chestnuts were all smashed up thanks to those pesky import rules. I wish I had known about this before I bought them. But on the bright side, the customer service folks were really nice and refunded me right away, even though I did lose a bit due to the exchange rate. Despite their help, I'm a little hesitant to order from Grand Bazaarist again after this whole ordeal.
