I just bought some cycling gear from this shop and I'm kinda torn about how it went down. Shopping online was easy peasy, no problems at all. But when it came to customer service, I was left wanting more. The employees didn't seem all that interested and didn't really know their stuff. And the prices? They were a bit much, especially when you compare them to other stores. On the plus side, though, my order arrived real quick and everything was A-OK.
