Extended shipping time, unexpected customs duties
This was my first and last time ordering from this website, eh. I was so frustrated with how long it took for my order to arrive, taking almost two months to reach France, you know? And on top of that, I had to shell out for unexpected customs duties that weren't mentioned in their terms and conditions. The whole thing was a total nightmare, from the pricey shipping to the complete lack of any decent customer service, eh. They used to throw in little bonus gifts like stickers, but not anymore. I was left feeling totally let down and ticked off that I wasted my time and money on this, you know what I mean?
