Online design tool
I can't believe I wasted my money on this online design tool. The user interface is clunky, the tools are limited, and the whole experience felt like a waste of time. I could have achieved better results with a free app on my phone. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond to my inquiries. The pricing was outrageous for the lackluster features provided. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took ages to receive access to the product after purchase. Overall, a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone.
