Jack Health has always been my go-to for health stuff for years, but my last order has been a real headache. It's been five weeks since they took my money, and still no sign of my order. I had to call two different numbers to get help, finally talking to a nice customer service person. It's annoying that they charge me before sending my stuff, unlike Amazon who waits until it's shipped.
