I just booked a flight on this website and, to be honest, it was a total letdown. The site was a pain to figure out, the search results were all over the place, and just booking the darn thing was a nightmare. There were so many technical issues and errors popping up, it made me question if this site is even reliable. And don't even get me started on the customer service - totally useless and never got back to me. I left feeling so annoyed and disappointed with the whole thing. I definitely won't be using this travel site again, that's for sure.
