Sleep aid beverage, melatonin, magnesium, vitamins
I sometimes have trouble sleeping, so I thought I'd give this sleep drink a shot. It really did help me unwind and doze off quicker. The mix of stuff like melatonin and magnesium didn't make me feel all groggy the next day, which was great. Plus, it actually tasted pretty good, not too strong or fake. If you're looking for a natural way to sleep better, I'd say give this product a try.
