Misleading advertising

The website banner said I could return stuff for free, eh? So when I tried to send back a dress that didn't fit, they said I could only get store credit or pay $12 for a full refund, ya know? The customer service folks said it was my fault for not reading the fine print and didn't admit that they were falsely advertising. Tricky business moves, I tell ya.
