I thought I was buying a CD, but it was actually digital. When I tried to reach out to Qobuz customer service for help, they were nowhere to be found. It was super annoying when my bank couldn't help me either and I lost my claim. The whole situation left me feeling pretty frustrated. Dealing with the lack of customer service and not being able to fix things didn't sit well with me. My overall experience with Qobuz was a letdown and I'd advise others to be careful dealing with them.
